The terms for browsing Digi Hardware and ordering physical computer hardware from our store.
1. Seller and scope
This website is operated by Digi Hardware, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Merchant address: Mostar 88000, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Customer contact: support@digihware.k.vu.
These terms cover the use of digihware.k.vu and purchases of physical hardware from this store. They should be read with the Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products, condition and compatibility
Read each product’s description, condition, specifications and included items before ordering. Check compatibility with your system, including the processor socket, memory generation, connections, power requirements and available physical space where relevant.
Contact us before buying if a specification or included accessory is unclear. Product images illustrate the advertised hardware; material model, condition or specification information is provided with the listing. Compatibility checks do not limit your rights if goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Our standard delivery rates are quoted at EUR 10 for Europe and EUR 20 for other supported international destinations. The applicable delivery amount and final amount and currency payable are shown in checkout before payment.
Any taxes collected by the store are included or itemised in the checkout total as applicable. Destination-country import taxes, duties and clearance fees are treated as explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. A card issuer may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
If a genuine price or stock error is discovered, we contact you to explain the options. We do not charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or you decline a proposed correction, any amount due back is refunded without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.
4. Ordering and card payments
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and review the products, quantities and total before submitting your order. You must be legally able to enter the purchase contract or act with the required authorisation.
We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe secure checkout. The card brands and options actually available are shown at checkout. A payment may require issuer authentication or security checks.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received an order. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept it by email or dispatch the goods, subject to any mandatory rule providing otherwise. We confirm or reject an order without undue delay. If we do not accept it, any collected payment is returned without undue delay and within the applicable deadline.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Orders are shipped from Bosnia and Herzegovina. For supported destinations, shipping charges and delivery information, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, notify us within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods, unless applicable law provides a longer period. The buyer normally pays return postage for a change-of-mind return; a qualifying fault or incorrect supply is treated separately. 6. Faults and warranties
If hardware is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact support@digihware.k.vu with your order reference and a description of the issue. Remedies are provided according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
A manufacturer or other commercial warranty applies only where actually offered for the particular product and under its disclosed terms. It is additional to the legal rights you have against the seller. Nothing in these terms makes a manufacturer the sole party responsible for a qualifying consumer claim.
7. Accounts and website use
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt fraudulent purchases, introduce malicious software, access another person’s account without permission or interfere with the service.
Website text, design and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibility, law and complaints
We are responsible for obligations that the law places on us as seller. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
The laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply to these terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or permitted courts under the law applicable to that consumer. There is no requirement to use a court or procedure that removes such rights.
For a complaint, contact support@digihware.k.vu with the order number and relevant facts. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Contacting us does not restrict access to a competent authority, court or payment-provider dispute process.
9. Changes to these terms
The terms in force when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law. We may update terms for future purchases and website use. Material changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
